Important Announcement - ArchiePalooza will be Postponed
Due to circumstances outside of our control with the national emergency created by the COVID-19 aka Coronavirus, we have decided to postpone this Sunday's ArchiePalooza 2.0. This decision came down to the safety and well-being of everyone who was planning on being involved in our event. We will be waiting for the MLB to confirm how the season schedule will unfold to announce the rescheduled date for our event.I would like to thank everyone who has been working hard behind the scenes for this event. A special shout-out to everyone at Arizona Boardwalk within the Talking Stick Entertainment District who have been amazing to work with and are supporting our decision 100%. We are all dedicated to this event to happen and this postponement will not detour our goals of giving back to my community in AZ!
For those of you who purchased presale tickets or t-shirts - below are options for processing refunds and fulling orders prior to the rescheduled ArchiaPalooza. Please email us and reply to (X) which option you would like to move forward with.
- Keep all tickets/ t-shirts purchased for the new TBD date for ArchiePalooza 2.0. (pick up t-shirt at the rescheduled event)
- Keep all tickets purchased for the new TBD date for ArchiePalooza 2.0.- Have T-shirt preordered delivered
- Refund tickets purchased. Keep preordered t-shirt and have it delivered.
- Refund for all puchases to the card used at the point of purchase.
The first 200 tickets purchased came with a free First Credit Union x ArchiePalooza shirt - these shirts will not be sent out and pick up will be required at ArchiePalooza: date TBD
